Intro
Same chassis, same group, one extra boiler. The Duo exists to answer the single complaint everyone has about the Uno.
What changed
Steam is available while brewing, so the sequencing problem is gone. Warm-up is longer because there is more mass to heat, which is the trade you accept.

Identical, which is the point — the group and pump are shared. If you already like what the Uno pulls, the Duo does not change the flavour, only the workflow.
Verdict
The upgrade is about time, not taste. Worth it for households making several drinks in a row.
